The Health and Temperance Ministry of the Jefferson welcomes everyone and our goal is to reach out to the community with the programs that can change lives.

 We believe that the Seventh-day Adventist Health and Temperance message must be taught not only to our members but also to people in the community. The Adventist lifestyle protects its adherents from several diseases, which can be prevented by dietary changes, simple remedies, health screening programs, health education, substance abuse prevention programs, and physical fitness programs.
